How long does shipping take?

Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Every order ships with tracking. Typical delivery is 10–20 business days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Click it anytime to see exactly where your package is.

What's your return policy?

Changed your mind? You've got 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a refund. Just email us at hello@shoopivo.com and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the United States only. If your country isn't listed at checkout, drop us a line — we're expanding.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted, and payments are processed by trusted providers. We never see or store your card details.
